  • Does it cost anything to enroll in Gemini VIP, Gemini Pro+ or Gemini Pro?
    Free, free and free! No credit card is required to enroll in any of our Search Plans. We make getting started easy. 😊
  • Can I enroll in more than one Search Plan?
    Yes! You can enroll in all 3 Search Plans at the same time for free: ✅ Gemini VIP for Priority Search ✅ Gemini Pro+ for Permanent Talent ✅ Gemini Pro for Contract Talent
  • How long does it take to fill a position?
    It depends! There are many variables to consider when it comes to timing. With this in mind, we are happy to be transparent with our standing records. Our fastest placement was done in six days. Client (SaaS startup, Series B) booked a priority (VP of Sales) search with Gemini VIP enrollment. We have since built out their remaining sales function on a contingent basis with Gemini Pro+. Our longest search took 3 months to complete. Client (Food & Beverage, Enterprise-level) enrolled in Gemini Pro+ for a low-urgency/opportunistic creative search. They ended up hiring a Creative Director for their Chicago region and continue to partner with us on a contingent basis. On average, we complete searches in 3-6 weeks.
  • When do we have to pay fees for the candidates we hire?
    Contingent Fees through Gemini Pro+ & Gemini Pro: - Invoice sent upon commencement of employment (i.e. candidate's start date). - Due 10 days after the invoice is sent. Split Fees for Gemini VIP Searches: (1.) Priority Fee - Invoice for 10% Priority Fee will be sent via email and is due immediately (or upon commencement of the search). Once we receive your Priority Fee payment in full, you will have ownership of your recruiter's billable hours, which will be exclusively dedicated to the Priority Search until successful completion. (2.) Completion Fee After your candidate is successfully hired, - Invoice for the remaining fee is sent upon commencement of employment (i.e. candidate's start date). - Due 10 days after the invoice is sent.
  • How does the replacement guarantee work?
    If a candidate's employment terminates within a period of 90 days (not longer than 3 months) from the start date of a placement, Gemini Recruitment will conduct a replacement search and find a new candidate free of charge on the condition that: (1.) The Candidate left of their own will and not due to any layoff measures, change in job description or change in work conditions, etc. (2.) Gemini Recruitment’s invoice has been settled (3.)You inform us in writing within 7 days that the Candidate's employment has terminated and they are no longer to be engaged. (4.)The replacement guarantee does not apply to replacement Candidates or Fixed Term (Contract) Placements.
  • How many searches can my recruiter do at once?
    For quality assurance, our recruiters maintain a revolving desk of up to 4 active searches at the same time.
  • How do I send over new searches?
    To submit new recruitment requests follow these steps: 1. Go to the How it Works Page from site menu 2. From Step One - Find "Headhunting & Search Services Form" 3. Select "Book Now" 4. Complete and submit form You can always email Job Descriptions and/or links to job posts for open positions to info@hirewithgemini.com
  • How do I create my account?
    To create an account follow these steps: 1. Go to the site Home Page and click the Log In box in the upper right corner 2. Under "Log In" click the green "Sign Up" link to create an account 3. Sign up with email, Google or Facebook 4. Create your Profile 5. Manage your Subscriptions, Bookings, Drafts, Wallet and Account
  • Where can I choose my Search Plan(s)?
    To choose which Search Plan you'd like to enroll in, click on the Search Plan Pricing tab in the site menu Select the "Enroll Now for Free" button on the Search Plan of your choice To complete enrollment, fill out the short questionnaire and click the "Get Plan" button at the bottom to submit the form You'll then see: ✅Congrats on choosing to hire with Gemini! ✅*Search Plan Name* conformation email has been sent ✅The recruiter (first name) in charge of helping you Click "Got It" and you'll receive a conformation email verifying your enrollment
